Natures Poem Suite 2x2x1" Cute Box using Stampin Up Supplies

Hello Everyone,

Todays project is a cute dinky box to show off the beautiful Natures Poem Suite. The box itself isn't an original creation I've seen this many times that I genuinely cannot remember who I got the measurements from, pretty sure it will have been Pootles Papercraft though, but  the decoration and styling is all me!

Our upline set us a challenge to share a project with a certain hashtag to encourage us to share our work more, and this is what I made.

Measurements
Rich Razzleberry Cardstock
1pc - 7" x 4"

Nature's Poem DSP
1pc - 1 3/4" x 1 3/4"
4pcs - 1 3/4" x 3/4"

Scraps in Grapefruit Grove, Mint Macaron & Rich Razzleberry

Take your Rich Razzlebery cardstock and score on the long side at 1", 3", 4" & 6", then on the short side at 1" & 3".Fold and burnish all the scorelines with a bone folder to give a nice crisp edge. Cut up all the score lines and notch into the squares, so you cardstock end up looking like this:-

Currently the piece is generic, so decide which section will become the lid and add your DSP panels as per the image below.

Using the image above as a guide, add tear and tape to the tabs and adhere together to create the box.

Using the scraps punch out one flower from each of the colours. This flower comes from the Blossom Builder Punch. I stuff these to the lid with a glue dot and place a pearl jewel into the centre of each. The bow is made from the grapefruit grove solid bakers twine from the natures twine collection., tied is a small simple bow and secured to the box using a glue dot.

here's a list of all the products I used in todays project, click on the pictures to head over to my online store..

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed the project.

See you Soon

  1. A gorgeous little box Vickie, your instructions are really clear and concise too. I would definitely be able to follow them to make a box of my own. I love the decor using the DSP and three delicate flowers too. :O)
