I have a friend who is feeling a little under the weather, so I thought I would whip up a card and pop it in the post. Everyone loves to receive a little envelope of happy through the letterbox, makes a change from the junk mail and bills.
Take a piece of thick whisper white that measures 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scored at 4 1/8". Place to card base onto the big shot cutting plate and centralise the second largest oval from the stitched shape framelits on one side of the score line as below:-
Run through the big shot and put to one side. Taking some scraps of whisper white, stamp out some of the flowers from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. Run these through the big shot with the coordinating framelits.
Bring back in your card base, and using the large sorry sentiment all over the front in Gray Granite.
Fold and burnish the score line to get a crisp fold. Layer up a piece of gorgeous grape cardstock and whisper white and place in the inside.
Ink up the ' to hear you're not feeling well' sentiment in gorgeous grape... keep the card folded and stamp in the centre on the oval.
Add dimensionals to the back of the flowers and arrange these on the front of the card, all around the oval. Be careful not to place the dimensionals over the aperture otherwise you may find you card front and back stick together and make it tricky to open.
Place a mix of clear faceted gems and jewel rhinestones to the centres of the flowers and we are all done.

You are so right Vickie, receiving a piece of 'Happy Mail' through the post and landing on your door mat is so much nicer than a bill or some flyer. I think if we crafters can make someone smile then we should be smiling from ear to ear for being able to achieve that. I think you friend will definitely be feeling a whole lot better after receiving your cheerful and colourful card. :O)
