Stampin Up 2018 Colour Revamp Explained

Hello Everyone,

This is the second post of the day, but I thought I would show you the new exciting colour revamp that Stampin Up have brought in with the new annual catalogue.

As you may know Stampin Up work in colour families, and these are pretty constant throughout the years. But as trends and tastes change, every now and again Stampin Up have a refresh or a revamp to update the colour selection and bring us a new variety to the colour palette - unfortunately this means that some of our favourites retire, but we have been blessed with so many new and beautiful colours that you soon forget your sorrow over retired products.

Each year we see a new In Colour collection containing five colours which are new, fun and exciting. This year the revamp has brought us 16 brand new core colours. Ten brand new colours and 6 which are returning colours.

Here are the brand new colours

There has also been a shake up in the colour families, a few of them have swapped the groups to make sure they all work together.

Here's a full listing of the new colour families

I can't wait to experiment with all the colours, working out what works alongside one another and how these work with all the stamp sets in the catalogue. As well as the basics - ink, cardstock etc - remember that Stampin Up work hard to coordinate so all the new paper stacks, ribbon and embellishment will also worth beautifully together.

If you want anymore information, or wish to order some new goodies head over to my online store.

Thanks for joining me again today,

See you Soon

  1. Thank you for this post Vickie, it is useful to have a place to go and just find the colours on line so that I don't have to pick my SU catalogue up either. xx
