Well the rain seems to have let up, but according to the forecast it's to be short lived!! Boo
Myself and a couple of crafty friends gave each other a few colour challenges to get our Mojo going and today I am sharing this lovely card using Pool Party, Calypso Coral and Smoky Slate
Measurements
Calypso Coral Cardstock
1pc- 8 1/4" x 5 7/8", scored at 4 1/8"
Smoky Slate Cardstock
1pc - 3 1/8" x 5 7/8"
1pc - scrap
Pool Party Cardstock
1pc - 3" x 5 7/8"
1pc - scrap
Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
Scrap for the sentiment
Create your card base by folding the Calypso Coral Cardstock along the score line and add the whisper white panel to the inside.
Stamp the happy birthday sentiment in Calypso Coral ink along the top and bottom of the card front.
Run the pool party card stock through your die cutting machine in the butterly pattern embossing folder from Meadow Moments. Layer this onto the smoky slate cardstock and add to the card front in between the stamped sections
On a scrap of whisper white, stamp the sentiment from Strong and Beautiful stamp sent and cut out uaing the postage stamp punch. Also cut a shape in Calypso Coral and Smoky Slate. Adhere these two behind the sentiment, off setting them. Then add so the card front with dimensionals.
