Good Morning Everyone,

It's going to be another scorching day here in Huddersfield, so it's a day of outside play! We had a new paddling pool delivered yesterday for Imogen so that's going to come out today - it's going to be so much fun - she abslourley loves the water!

It's been a while since I used the 2019-2021 in colors, so I have brought them out to play today. Sometimes it's easy to focus on all the new things, and miss out the older things. So I decided that this would form my colour palette for today's card. It's quick, easy but super pretty!

Measurements

Rococo Rose Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
1pc - 2 1/8" x 1 1/2"

Pretty Peacck Cardstock
1pc - 3 1/8" x 4 7/8"

Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 4 1/2" x 2 3/4"
1pc - Scrap for the image

Create your cardbase by folding the Rococo Rose cardstock along the score line, add the largest of the whisper white pieces to the inside and the Pretty Peacock to the front.

On the remaining piece of Whisper white, stamp the sentiment with Pretty Peacock ink or your Stampin Write marker. Place the sentimetn towards the bottom of the panel, then add this on top of the pretty peacock panel.

Place the floral image onto a block and colour in using your stampin write markers. I used Rococo Rose for the flowers and pretty peacock for the leaves. Gently colour using the tip of the pens, and make sure you are careful with the colouring to keep the flowers and leaves a separate colour. Sounds odd, but gently breath over the ink ( this adds back some moisture that is lost whilst you are colouring) the stamp onto a scrap of whisper white. Cut this out using the Rectangular Postage stamp. Layer onto the Rococo Rose cardstock piece that is left ad add to the card above the sentiment.

Super Quick, Super Easy, Super Pretty - and this layout and design would look fabulous in a variety of colour combinations.
