You are like a Diamond Greeting Card. Day 1 of #31dayscraftchallenge

Good Evening Everyone,

Happy New Year, I hope you all had a fabulous 2019 and are set for an awesome 2020!!

I am hoping to keep my crafting mojo firmly stuck by my side for all of 2020, so a great way was to join in with Amanda Charlesworths #31dayscraftchallenge throughout January.  This will be a fab way to keep me creating I am also trying to make more of an effort to join in more challenges to better help me keep on track.

Today's card is for Crafty Stamping Club on Facebook run by Smith's Crafty Creations. As it's a New Year, we were challenged to create something inspiring.

Create a card base from a piece of BlackBerry Bliss Cardstock that measures 8 1/4" x 5 7/8, scored at 4 1/8". Add a panel of the DSP to the front - this measures 5 5/8" x 3 7/8".

Cut a panel of very vanilla to the same size and add to the card front. Use a scrap of the same dsp to decorate the bottom of that panel.

Using a die cutting machine and the Stirched Nested labels dies cut out a shape in BlackBerry Bliss Cardstock. Make sure that there's enough room for the senitment.

Rub over the die cut with your embossing buddy to remove any oils etc. Ink up the sentiment in Versamark and add to the cardstock. Sprinkle over the gold embossing powder and and gently tap off the excess,  then using your heat tool melt the powder to set.

Place a contrasting strip of the DSP across the card, then add the with dimensionals over the top of it.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used in today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store.
