Hope you are having a fabulous Saturday, we have been busy this morning, but are chilling out, relaxing and playing away with Imogen this aft. I'm hoping to steal a bit of time away in the craft room at nap time, but we shall see!! Gosh I love the weekend.
My card for today was specifically designed for the Random Colour Challenge on Stampin for All on Facebook. Now, I'm not a pink kind girl, so I thought I would struggle but I'm so happy how it turned out.
Measurements
Melon Mambo Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
1pc - Scrap for the circle
Whisper White Cardstock
2pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - scrap for sentiment
Petal Pink Cardstock
1pc - scrap for the circle
Create your card base by folding the melon mambo cardstock along the score line and burnish well. Add one of the large panels of whisper white to the inside.
On the other piece of whisper white, take the image and stamp alternating your colours each row, between Lovely Lipstick and Melon Mambo with Petal Pink ink. Add a length of the ribbon approx 1/2" in from either side and secure on the reverse with a bit of snail, then add the full panel to the card front.
Using a die cut machine and the stitched shapes dies create a large circle in Melon mambo, the next size down in Petal pink and the next one in whisper white.
On the whisper white circle stamp 'thanks' in Lovely Lipstick and add three of the flowers in petal pink. Pop a rhinestone in the centre of these, then layer all the circles up and add to the centre of the card front.
Here's a list of all the supplies I used in today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store for more information or to place an order.
