Tropical Escape Thank You Card. Number 43 of #100things

Hello Everyone,

Today I have a beautiful card for you which the primary focus on the gorgeous Tropical Escapes DSP. Keeping this card simple with just the addition of a sentiment and some ribbon, makes this super speedy to create.

Create a card base from Shaded Spruce cardstock that measures 8 1/4" x 5 7/8", score at 4 1/8". Add panel of DSP that measures  5 5/8" x 3 7/8" to the front, and a whisper white panel of the same size to the inside.

Using a scrap piece of coordinating DSP that measures approx. 1/2" x 5 5/8"a run that down the front of the card approx. 3/4" from the right hand side of the card.

Cut a length of Granny Apple Green textured ribbon and cleanly angle the ends. Fold the ribbon over and stick together with a glue dot, then with another glue dot adhere to the card slightly overlapping the vertical DSP Strip.

Rub the embossing buddy lightly over a piece of blushing bride cardstock. Then with Versamark ink, stamp the thank you sentiment. Sprinkle over white embossing powder and heat set with your heat tool. Once cooled, cut out with the tailored tag punch and add to the card with dimensionals.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store.
