Good Morning Everyone
Happy Sunday! I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend so far - we have just spent it doing bits and bobs of jobs that need doing and a couple of trips to the park with the girls. The Sun is due to be out all day again today so I'm hoping to get out in the Garden for a while!
It's Share it on a Sunday, so Donna Karen and Myself are all sharing projects around a theme and this week we have Fun Folds.
I have gone with a slightly vintage feel and used the projects from the Abigail Rose Suite. I absolutely love this suite and with the Stable Door Fold I created a simple yet stunning Feel Better Greeting Card.

Very Vanilla Card Stock

Abigail Rose DSP
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
2pc - 1 7/8" x 5 5/8"
1pc - 2 7/8" x 2 7/8"
------------------------------------------------
Take the Early Espresso card stock and place in your trimmeron the short side. line up at 2" and cut down to the score line, be careful when you get close to the score that you don't go over.
Your card stock should like like this...
Fold the card along the score line so that your card base now has a shorter card front.
Add the larger piece of DSP to the inside of the card, and the 2 strips to the 'stable door' section.
Stamp the sentiment in the top right hand corner of the remaining DSP and then layer this to the remaining piece of Early Espresso card stock. Place some adhesive onto the bottom half of this piece and adhere it to the 'stable door'. Make sure you are careful with the adhesive so it doesn't go above the lower piece of card stock, otherwise you will glue your card shut.
Stamp the large flower image onto a scrap in Early Espresso Ink and once completely dry, add a little colour with your Stampin Blends. Fussy Cut (or use the coordinating dies) and add to the above panel.
On the Larger piece of Very Vanilla stamp the sentiment across the bottom in the centre and add some of the flower images either side. Add this to the back of the card.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today - please take a look at the links below and check out what Donna & Karen have both made to get lots more paper crafting inspiration.
