Lovely & Lasting Happy Birthday Card with Mosaic Background. Creative Colour Challenges #CCC41

 Good Morning Everyone

Happy Monday - Hope you all had a fabulous weekend and Monday is being kind to you!

Today we are heading off to the Seaside for a week, and I can't wait! So, there will be a few less projects coming your way this week, sorry!

As it's Monday, it's time to Share the Brand New combo from Creative Colour Challenges and the sample card I made for it.

I've used the Lovely & Lasting Stamp set which I absolutely LOVE! The flower is fabulous and the Background here was made from repeating one of the smaller mosaic tile style stamps

-----------------------------------

Take the Coastal Cabana card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base.

Ink up the Mosaic tile stamp in Crumb Cake ink and add a little detail to the top left and bottom right of the larger piece of Basic White Card Stock. Pop this into to inside of the card base.

Still using Crumb Cake and the small mosaic stamp, cover the whole of the remaining piece of Basic White card stock. Layer this to the Rich Razzleberry mat.

On Scraps of Basic White, stamp the large flower image once in Rich Razzleberry ink and once in Coastal Cabana Ink. Take your snips and cu the flower heads away front the Rich Razzleberry image and add over the same flowers heads on the Coastal Cabana image. Once the glue is dry - fussy cut the while piece. Add this to the stamped background panel, so it kind of cover the top two thirds.

On the 1" strip of Basic white stamp the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry Ink into the centre of it and layer to the strip of Rich Razzleberry card stock.

Add adhesive to the back of this strip and add to the stamped panel and a diagonal, covering the ends of the stems. Trim off any overhanging card at either end.

Using your Dark Rich Razzleberry Stampin Blends, colour in two of the Basic Pearl Jewels. Once Dry add to the centre of the flowers.

So, that's my card for today - I hope you like it and this week's colour combo. If you want more details on the Challenge, or have a project to enter - head on over to my blog - Creative Colour Challenges.
