Good Morning Everyone,
Today I'm hopping with the fabulous Project Share ladies and our theme is Monochromatic.
I immediately wanted to use our beautiful Artisan Sketched Gardens DSP and I've created a really quick and easy thank you card
Measurements
Basic Black Card stock
1pc - 4/18" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
3pc - Scrap strips about 1/2" wide
Basic White Card Stock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
scrap
Artisan Sketched Gardens DSP
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
fussy cut flower
------------------------------
Take the Basic Black card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base, adding the basic white piece to the inside.
Add the DSP piece to the card front.
Cut down the three strips so that the edges are angled and the fit within the edges of the DSP. Arrange these on the card front, slightly offset to each other and glue down. Then pop the flower over the top of these, making sure you still see some of those strips beneath.
Finally, stamp the sentiment in memento black onto a scrap of Basic White then cut out using the Three Banner Punch. I felt the banner was too long, so once cut out i lined it back up in the punch and cut the edge closer to the sentiment.
I absolutely love how this card turned out. Please continue through the hop to see how the other Monochromatic projects look.
