Potted Geraniums Birthdays are Reminders Card. Pootlers Blog Hop. May 2022

 Good Morning Everyone

Today Is the Pootlers Blog Hop Showcasing New Catalogue Goodies. There will be heaps of inspirations and creative ideas from many team members, so once you have taken a nosey at mine - head through to see what everyone else has made.

I have used to Potted Geraniums bundle today and a very subtle colour palette - especially for me, but I love how it turned out - I actually quite surprised myself!

Measurements

Gray Granite Card Stock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" score at 4 1/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

scraps

Subtles DSP Assortment Pack

Blushing Bride

1pc - 5 1/4" x 3 7/8"

--------------------------------

Take the Gray Granite Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the Basic White Panel to the Inside.

Pop the Blushing Bride DSP into your trimmer and cut off 1" ad either side to create the three sections - then add to the card front so the 1" strips are either side of the larger one - take not of how you are placing them, It looks so much better if the pattern continues across all the three pieces as if it were one.

Next bring in some scraps and stamp stamping. You will need the following

  - 3x Plant Pots - The solid image stamped in 2nd Generation (stamped off once) crumb cake ink and the detailed image in 1st generation

  - 1x Small mound of soil in crumb cake

  - 1x leaf image. Stamp the outline in Pear Pizzazz and the solid in fill with soft sea foam

  - 1x Flower Cluster - outline image Polished Pink, Solid in fill with Flirty Flamingo

  - 2x Flower Cluster - outline image in Flirty Flamingo, solid in fill with Blushing Bride

 - 1x Plant Marker - both the image and text in Starry Sky

Once you have stamped all these run them through your Mini Cut and Emboss Machine with the coordinating Dies. Also cut a stitched label shape from Basic White - Stamp the sentiment into the centre of this in Starry Sky Ink.

Now you just need to assemble the die cuts to create your images. I added all the flowers and sentiment piece with dimensionals to add a little bit more depth to my card.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed today's project - please take a look at the list below and continue through the hop
