Good Morning Everyone
It's Friday, woo hoo - Happy Friday! And we have a great little Fun Fold Share for you today. Donna, Karen and Myself have all made some great projects to Share with you, so scroll down and take a nosey at my card, then you can pop on over and see what they have created.
I decided on a Book Binding Fold. I love Fun Folds, but sometimes they can require a lot of technical detail, concentration and supplies. This makes then look out of this world - but sometimes a simple one can look just as good. I love this fold as it's very straight forward to put together and I think it looks awesome with products from the Abstract Beauty Suite,

Take your Night of Navy Card Stock and score at 5 7/8" and 6 7/8". Fold the card along the 5 7/8" to create a normal card base, then fold towards you at 6 7/8" mark. Take some liquid glue a add it to the inside thin section between the two score lines and the adhere down. This created the binding look of the card.
Add the basic white panel to the inside and the larger piece of DSP to the 'free' section of the card front.
On the remaining thin strip of DSP wrap round a length of Denim ribbon, securing the ends on the back with a glue dot. Take another strip of ribbon and slide it under the adhered ribbon then bring up the sides and tie a knot. once you are happy with it pop a glue dot behind it to 'ground' the ribbon. Add this to the card front in the section between the fold and the second score line.
Bring in your Mini Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine and cut out the two largest Hexagons from some of the Abstract Beauty DSP Take these hexagons and add a thin edges of ink all the way around. I held the edges of my shapes vertical over the Night of Navy ink pad and getting tapped the sides into it. Leave to dry.
On a scrap of Basic White card stock stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy ink and layer to a scrap of coordinating card stock. Trim down and arrange this and the two hexagons on to the card front.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today, please take a look at what Donna & Karen have both created today,
