Good Morning Everyone
Happy Thursday - Hope you are having a great week so far.
As you may already know I have two incredibly close Stamping Friends - Donna & Karen. We Chat daily about everything and anything. Every month we always chat about our business goals, what we want to achieve and bounce ideas around about how to do certain things ranging from specific number goals to mojo boosting activities. So with none of us shy of a challenge we have crowned this May Madness and we are running a couple of mini series, similar to our longstanding Share it on a Sunday Series, to keep us focused creating and sharing with everyone.
Today marks our first collective 3D Thursday and I wanted to share with you this fun lidded gift box decorated with the Biggest Wish & Hello Ladybug stamp set and coordinating punch. The DSP lid is the Sweet Talk DSP which adds a rainbow of colour.
This lidded box measures 6" x 4" x 2" so it's a great size to fit in all sorts of goodies to give.

-------------------------------------------------
Take the Soft Succulent card stock and score on all four sides at 2". Fold and Burnish well. Then cut up all the square lines to release the squares and notch in to crete four tabs on the corners.
Next, place the Sweet Talk DSP into your Simply Scored and score on all four sides at 1", but bring the card stock away from the edge ever so slightly - this will help the lid to fit over the base better and more snug.
Fold and burnish all the score lines, and as above cut away to create four tabs on the corners.
Add Tear and tape to all the tabs you have created and fold in to create the base and the lid.
On Scraps of Basic White, Stamp the 'Happy' and 'Birthday' in Real Red, trim and layer to scraps of Basic Black. Position these onto the lid towards the top edge.
Using the Ladybug Builder Punch, cut out three bodies in Basic Black. Stamp the wings in Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather & Bermuda Bay, adding the dots in Memento ink - again, use the Ladybug punch to cut them out. Layer the wings to the bodies ad add to the box lid under the sentiments.
I hope you have enjoyed my project today. Please head over and take a look at what both Donna & Karen have created today.
