Happy Saturday, hope you all habe something fun on the cards today. We haven't much planned except playing in the Garden as it's supposed to be a lovely day.
Today I have a soft and subtle card to share with you thats just so sweet. I have used the Free as a Bird stamp set, which I'm so happy is staying around.
Measurements.
Smoky Slate Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
Whisper White Cardstock.
2pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 5 3/8" x 3 5/8"
Take the smoky slate and fold along the score line, add one of the larger pieces of whisper white to the inside.
On the remaining piece of whisper white stamp the leaf flourish from Verdant Garden stamp set in soft sea foam. Run this piece through your die cutting machine with the second largest Stitched Nested die. Place this just a fraction above centre. Stamp the sentiment fron Free as a Bird underneath the the die cut negative
Next, stamp birds image in the centre of the last piece of whisper white. Colour this image in using the Stampin Blends then add the panel to the card front. Add the larger stamped piece over the top
It's quite a simple card, but I'm really glad how it's turned out.
