I hope you are well and staying safe.
I have taken part in a challenge over on our BRAND NEW Facebook group, Craft & Banter. It's such a fun group where you can share any kind of Craft you do and also just have a good old chit chat with other crafters.
Here's my Card for Today...
So, we used a Tic Tac Toe board that Karen designed specifically around the VE Day theme.
Not sure how a Tic Tac Toe Board works? Basically its the same as TicTacToe the game, or Noughts and crosses as we call it in the UK. You chose a line, any straight line and create a project using those three elements. I chose Red, Blue and White.
Measurements
Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
1pc - 1 3/8" x 1 1/2"
Scraps for the balloons and baskets
Blueberry Bushel Cardstock
1pc - 3 3/4" x 5 1/2"
Cherry Cobbler Cardstock
1pc - 1 3/8" x 1 1/2"
Create your card base by folding the larger piece of whisper white cadstock along the score line, add the Bluberry bushel panel to the front.
Ink up the sentiment in Blueberry Bushel Ink on the smallest piece of whisper white and layer onto the cherry cobbler piece. Add this to the bottom right hand corner.
Stamp out three balloons and three baskets onto scraps of whisper white cardstock in memento ink. Cut out using the Hot Air Balloon Punch and colour in with Night of Navy & Cherry Cobbler Blends.
Arrange the balloons on the card front and adhere with mini dimensionals.
it's a really simple card to create but I think it looks fabulous!!
Here's a list of all the supplies I used today, click on the images to head over to my online store. All the supplies in this card (except the Blends) are retiring in the end of May, so be sure to grab them whilst you can!!
