Good Afternoon Everyone,
I'm taking part in the Crafty Collaborations Technique Tuesday blog hop today and it's all about DSP.
I've decided to use up my scraps and 'weave them on my card front to add some extra interest, what do you think?
Measurements
Smoky Slate Card Stock
1pc- 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8".
Scraps
Basic White Card Stock
2pc - 3 5/8" x 5 3/8"
Scrap
Basic Gray Card Stock
Scrap
Sweet Symmetry DSP
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
6pc - scrap strips
----------------------------------
Take your smoky Slate csrd atock and fold along the score line. Add the larger piece of DSP tk the front and a piece of basic white to the inside.
Arrange your strips of DSP onto the remaining piece of basic white in a loose weave pattern , so some over and unders!
Add this panel to the card front.
Stamp the two words in Basic Gray onto a scrap of basic white card Stock and fussy cut, layer onto smoky slate card and fussy cut again, then finally repeat that with a layer of basic gray card stock.
Add these sentiments to the card front.
It's super simple and a great way to use up those scraps. You could apply this technique and use up any DSP or card stock to create a custom look.
I hope you enjoyed today's project. Please continue through the list below to get some more inspiration on how to use our wonderful DSP.
