Sweets & Treats Christmas Pudding Merry Christmas Card. Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop - Christmas in July.

 Good Afternoon Everyone,

This afternoon I have a fabulous project to share with you. I'm blog hopping with the Ink Stamp Share ladies and we are all doing Christmas in July.  As we are launching our Brand new Aug-Dec Mini Catalogue, I thought I would share one or two of the products available when the catalgoue goes live. Ive used the Whimsy & Wonder DSP , but the less Christmassy side, along with the Sweets & Treats stamp set to make a very simple and easy card to make.

The sentiment comes for a current stamp set - Snowman Seasons which is a fave of mine. This card design is really simple, easy to batch make and steers away from your usually traditional Christmas Colours, but of course you could switch it up however you wanted to create your perfect design.

Measurements

Basic Black Cardstock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", score at 4 1/8"

1pc - 3 1/8" x 3"

scraps

Basic White Cardstock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - 3" x 2 7/8"

scraps

Whimsy & Wonder DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Fold the larger piece of basic black along the score line and add the biggest piece of basic white to the inside, layering the DSP to the front.

Stamp the stand and the Christmas Pudding onto the square of basic white in memento and once dry, colour in using watercolour pencils. Layer this to the square piece of Black and add to the card front, towards the left hand side.

Now stamp the Merry Christmas sentiment from Snowman Seasons stamp set, cut into two words and layer each onto a scrap of basic black. Add these to the card towards the right hand side.

Told you it was a super quick card, and really easy to replicate and batch make!

Thanks for taking a look at my project today, I hope you enjoyed it - please continue through the hop and get tonnes of inspiration from my fellow crafting friends. Tracie St-Louis is up next...
