Good Morning Everyone
I hope you have all had a fabulous weekend.
As always, today's project is to showcase a project using the brand new Creative Colour Challenges combo. Now I'm not usually a soft and subtle kinda person but I'm loving this mix of Blushing Bride, Soft Sea Foam and Soft Succulent.
I've used the Uniquely Artistic stamp set for the part of the design, but I've also used the Charming Sentiments bundle and the Lasting label punch.

Take the Soft Succulent Card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base, adding the basic white piece to the inside.
Ink up the solid image which is used to 'colour' the long leaf image and with soft succulent ink, cover the whole of the card front. this gives a nice interesting pattern.
Now, ink up the outline leaf image in Soft Sea Foam ink and cover the Soft Sea Foam piece of card with it. Add this to the centre of the card front.
On scraps of Soft Sea Foam card stamp the long leaves twice with Soft Succulent ink and a small leaf image. Fussy Cut.
Also on a scrap stamp the outline flower image in Blushing Bride ink and again, fussy cut. Using your blending brush and so add a little Blushing Bride ink to the edges.
Using your Lasting Label Punch cut out a shape in some Soft Succulent card and sponge around the edges with Soft Succulent ink - I went in quite dark with this as I liked the contrast.
On a scrap of basic white stamp the sentiment from Charming Sentiments in Soft Succulent and the run through your Cut & Emboss Machine with the coordinating die.
Now you have all the elements to created your focal cluster. Arrange then on the card using a mix of liquid glue and dimensionals to add some depth.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today. What do you think to this week's Colour Combo? If you would like more information on the Challenge or would like to enter a project, head over to my blog Creative Colour Challenges
