Good Afternoon Everyone
Happy Sunday.
As it's the last Sunday of the month, it's time for the Crafty Collaborations Share it Sunday Hop. There's no theme set for this hop - just an opportunity for us to all get together and show off some of our creations.
I've made a very simple lidded gift box, that measures - 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1" and I've decorated it with the lovely Perfectly Penciled DSP

--------------------------------------
Take the Base card stock and score as follows:-
Long Side - 1/2", 3", 4" & 6 1/2"
Short Side - 4 1/2"
Fold and burnish all the score lines well, the holding the card horizontal, with the single score line towards the bottom. cut up all the score lines and notch into the squares to create tabs. Remove the thin rectangle and notch in the long thin rectangle. Like this -
Now, add all the DSP panels to the card...
Add some adhesive onto the thin tab, fold round and adhere to the opposite side, fold in the bottom and glue down to create the base.
Take the remaining piece of Basic Black and score on all 4 sides at 1", cut into all the squares to create tabs. Fold and adhere these to create the lid. Place this on top of the open box.
Using the layering circles dies, cut out a smooth circle in basic white and the next size up scallop in basic black. Stamp the sentiment in tuxedo black memento ink and layer these together. Add this to the front of the box, centrally on the DSP you can see ( place it centrally with the lid on, otherwise it will look a bit wonky!)
Colour in a flower and butterfly with your Stampin Blends - fussy cut and arrange around the sentiment.
I hope you have enjoyed my project today - please take a look at the list below and continue through the hop for lots more paper crafting inspiration.
