Hello Ladybug Greatest Wish Greeting Card. Stamp n Hop Fave Bundle Blog Hop. February 2022

Good Evening Everyone,

Hope you are all well?

Today I'm blog hopping with the Stamp n Hop ladies and this month we are all showcasing our favourite bundles. I found this a real struggle to pin down the set I was going to use, I have a lot of favourites but the Hello Ladybug stamp set and punch pipped the others, only marginally, to the post because it's soooooo cute!!

-------------------------------

Take the Poppy Parade Card stock and fold along the score line. Ink Up the cluster of small flowers in Poppy Parade ink and cover the card front.

On the smaller piece of Basic White stamp the sentiments into the to right hand corner in memento ink. Stamp the Leaf in Second Generation (stamped off once) in Just Jade ink in the bottom right so the edges go off the edges slightly.

Ink up the large flower in Pale Papaya ink and stamp to fill the rest of the space, then go back and fill out the flower heads with another of the images, this time stamped off once and then offset to give a lighter shade.

Layer this to the Basic Black Mat layer and add to the centre of the card front.

On scraps stamp the following -

  • A small ladybug with memento and infill with Poppy parade.
  • A leaf in Just Jade ink
  • the Ladybug Wings in Poppy Parade and the dots in memento.
Fussy Cut the Ladybug and the leaf and cut out the wings image with the punch.

Take a Scrap of Basic Black and cut out the Ladybug body with the punch. Add the wings to the body using a small amount of Liquid Glue.

Position all these onto the card front with dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed today's project, please continue through the hop to see what everyone else has created. Vicky Wright is up next, click the button to head over to her blog to see what she's chosen as her favourite Bundle.
