Good Evening Everyone
Today I'm blog hopping with the amazing Touches of Ink ladies. It's Free Choice with regards to a theme, but we have to focus on a Suite or a Bundle that is currently available.
I just can't get enough of the Friendly Hello Bundle which is a Saleabration Reward until 28th February. It's a really sweet stamp set and a full pack of beautiful coordinating 12x12" paper - to find out more about how to get hold of it, take a look lower down my post, but not before you have take a look at the project today.
It's a Reverse Easel Card. I recently did a standard easel, so thought it would be fun to show this fold again, as it's been a while. The original Measurements are from Crafty Karen Designs, with a couple of tweaks to get this particular finish.

-----------------------------------
On the long side, score the Fresh Freesia card stock at 2 1/2" and 5" and fold and burnish as though you are making a Z Fold card to create your card base.
Take all the DSP and adhere to the relevant sized Pool Party mat. Also add the 2" x 5 3 /8" of Basic white to a matching mat after add a couple of the flowers from the stamp set in memento ink.
Add the largest panel to the card base, then two identical DSP panels above. I specifically cut my DSP so that the pattern followed through on the mats, I cut two small and the larger in a row and just wrote on the back to make sure I remembered the correct positioning! haha
On the reverse of these sections add a DSP panel to the top and the basic white panel below so there is somewhere to write a message.
Stamp the sentiment onto the smallest piece of basic white, then layer to the Pool Party and Fresh Freesia mats.
Add the sentiment to the card base centrally about 1/2" away from the edge of the card with dimensionals. this will give height to tuck the vertical panel behind and keep the card upright.
With the last piece of DSP, layer to the remaining Pool Party and Fresh Freesia card. Pop some dimensionals onto the top third of the snowman panel and adhere to the top panel of the card, again making sure it is centered with the sentiment and the card base.
Stamp the bird image and sentiment, then fussy cut some of the images from the DSP. Add these to the vertical panel to create a focal point. Just make sure with any overhanging decoration that there's no glue on those pieces otherwise you will glue your card shut!
Finally add some rhinestones to the centre of the flowers to add a bit of bling.
I hope you have enjoyed today's card, please take a look at what Sandra has created.
