Cactus Cuties Bloom Where You're Planted Just a Note Card. InspireINK Blog Hop. January 2022

Good Morning Everyone

Today I'm hopping with the Inspireink ladies and our theme is to mix old with new. I love this idea, and it just shows how weel the mini catalogue items can work along products we have in our annual catalogue.

Ive used the Bloom Where You're Planted DSP from the annual catalogue and the Cactus Cuties stamp set from the new Mini.

Measurements

Evening Evergreen Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Scraps

Bloom Where You're Planted DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - 5 5/8" x 2"

1pc - 3 7/8" x 7/8"

Take your Evening Evergreen card Stock and Fold along the score line to create your card base, then add the basic white to the inside.

Add the 2" strip of DSP to the larger piece of DSP.

Stamp the sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink into the centre of the remaining strip of DSP, then add to the DSP panel too.

Add this to your card front.

On scraps of basic white stamp a few of the catus images from Cactus Cuties in Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent ink, and the pots in Cajun Craze 1st and 2nd generations to give different shades. Fussy cut out.

Add one of the pots to the inside of the card. Then with the rest of the stamped images, add to the card front - using liquid glue and dimensionals to create depth.
