Good Afternoon Everyone,
Today I'm taking part in the Stampin Dreams monthly blog hop and the theme is Back to School. I decided to sit down and really take my time with this card, I've used quite a few product, but I really do think all those processes made this card turn out Great!
I created this fun background by using my Playful Alphabet die and make a stencil, which i then laid over the strips of coloured card, and well how great does the Chalk Board look?

--------------------------------------
Take on of the basic white pieces and and lay out lots of the letters and numbers from the Playful Alphabet dies all over it...
Run this through your Cut & Emboss Machine to cut out all the shapes - save all the bits.
Adhere the strips of card stock onto the remaining panel of basic white, then lay the 'stencil' you created over the top and adhere down well.
Bring in the 'bits' and make sure you fill in the letters that require some of the negatives to look right - eg, B, D etc. I found the Take Your Pick tool really handy for this!
Add this panel to the card front,
Heat emboss the Welcome and Home words from Garden Birdhouses in White onto the left of the basic black. In the remaining space add some sums and letters by writing with the blender pen and the craft ink - just pick up the ink gently from the corner of the ink pad.
Layer this to the soft suede card stock and then add to the card front.
