Peaceful Prints Merry & Bright Christmas Card. Ink Stamp Share Showcase Blog Hop. September 2021

 Good Afternoon Everyone,

I'm blog hopping with the Ink Stamp Share ladies today and we don't have a set theme to create for, we just share a project that we have been making.

I have been working on some Christmas Cards and I decided on this easy layout, and then proceeded to batch make a tonne of these. I Have used the Peaceful Prints DSP which is so lovely and really worked we on these cards. This paper is a saleabration freebie, so it is only available until the end of September - so be sure to get hold of some whilst you can!

When I am batch making cards, I break it down and do all the individual processes together - so I cut all the card bases, then all the mat layers - then the smaller squares etc until I have a pile of bits on my disk. I then sit and biuild the card - again in these stages. I find this way really does cut down my faffing time and once you get into a rhythm it takes no time at all.

Measurements - per card

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4"

1pc - 1 7/8" x 1 7/8"

Basic Black Card Stock

1pc - 2" x 2"

Peaceful Prints DSP

1pc - 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"

2pc - 2" x 2"

Fold the larger piece of basic white along the score line and add the largest piece of DSP to the card front.

Arrange the two 2x2" squares to the left of the card front at an angle.

Stamp the sentiment in real red ink onto the basic white square and layer onto the black.

Add this to the card front towards the right in the middle, overlapping the two edges on the DSP squares below.

I hope you have enjoyed my super easy batch making idea and will give it a o yourself. Please do continue through the hop  - Deb Naylor is up next with another fabulous project to inspire us.....
