In Symmetry Thanks So Much Greeting Card. Just Add Ink #568 Sketch Challenge. August 2021

 Good Morning Everyone,

I Hope you are all well? Today I've taken part in the Just Add Ink Challenge for this week. It's a sketch layout and I've used the fabulous Sweet Symmetry DSP - which has to be one of my all time favourite papers!

Here's the Sketch layout we were given this week, it's pretty simple and you can really go to town with your card if you wish, but I decided to stick pretty much to the sketch exactly.....

Measurements

Just Jade Card Stock

1pc- 5 7/8" x  8 1/4", scored at 4 1/8"

1pc - 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Sweet Symmetry DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 1"

1pc - 5 5/8" x 2 7/8"

Take the larger piece of Just Jade card Stock and fold along the score line. Add the basic white panel to the inside.

On the remaining piece of Just Jade add the two pieces of DSP. 

Cut a length of Gray Granite ribbon and wrap it around the DSP panel, making sure you cover where the two pieces meet on the front. Adhere the ribbon down on the back of the panel securely, than add this piece to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy on to a scrap of Basic White card stock and then cut out using the scalloped oval in the Double Oval Punch. Add this to the card front with dimensionals so it sits on the ribbon and covers both of designs of DSP. 

Finally, tie a bow in the Gray Granite Ribbon and attach to the card front just by the edge of the oval with a glue dot.
