Good Afternoon Everyone,
This afternoon Im taking part in the Ink Stamp Share Showcase blog hop, where we don't have a theme, we are just showing some fabulous projects using our Stampin Up Stash.
I've made this cute lidded gift box, whch actually has a tie rolled up in. He's an avid gardener so I thought the Daisy was a fun touch but keeping with all the blue tones making it perfect and personal for him!
Measurements
Night of Navy Cardstock
1pc - 8x6"
Scrap
In Good Taste DSP
1pc - 4x6"
Balmy Blue Cardstock
Scraps.
Take the Night of Navy Cardstock and score at 2" on all four sides, fold and burnish the score lines well and then cut into it to create some tabs fro. The squares in each corner, like this...
Repeat the process above with the DSP but score at 1" on all four sides, making sure you move the DSP slightly away from the left edge. This will just make the lid fit better on the base.
Take the sentiment and ink up in Night of Navy ink, then stamp onto the bottom right of the large rectangle panel in the centre.
Take the base and add tear and tape to the for tabs and then fold up to create the base. do the same for the lid
From scraps of balmy blue punch out two of the daisy punch add together to create a flower then add a circle of night of navy,
Add the daisy to the opposite side of the lid to the sentiment.
