Pansy Petals Birthday Card. Stampin Birds Team Sketch Challenge

  Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I have this wonderfully bright and striking card for you Made for our weekly Team Challenges. This week we are following a sketch layout and I've used the beautiful Pansy Petals DSP.

This sketch is a lovely design and it's also a great one to use up some scraps.

Measurements

Polished Pink Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - scrap

Soft Succulent Card Stock

1pc - scrap

Pansy Petals DSP

1pc - 3" x 3 3/4"

1pc - 2" x 2 1/2"

1pc - 1 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Take the Polished Pink Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the largest piece of Basic White to the inside.

On the card front arrange the three pieces of DSP to cover the card front, making sure you have an even border all around the edge.

Using the Cut & Emboss Machine, cut out two circle - One in Soft Succulent and a slightly smaller one in Basic White. I used the stitched shapes circles here which are now retired - as I work in advance, I didn't have enough time to get the layering circles before I had to make this card!

Stamp the sentiment toward the right of the circle, layer this onto the larger circle and add this to the card front.

Add the fussy cut Pansies to the lower left of the circle.

That's the card made really quick and easy - thanks to amazing DSP designs.

Here's a list of the supplies I used in today's card. Click on the images to head over to my online store. Product List
