Petal Park Thank You Card. Creative Colour Challenges #109

 Good Morning Everyone,

Happy Friday!

Today I'm sharing my entry for this week's Creative Colour Challenges.

I really love this mix of colours and instantly thought of flowers with the Crushed Curry and Granny Apple Green, using the Pebble Path as a base. I've used the Petal Park and Sentimental Park stamp sets for the main imagery, and I added the splatter effect with a stamp from Color & Contour.

----------------------------------------------

Take the Pebbled Path Card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Ink up the splatter image in Pebbled path and cover the card front. Add the larger piece of Basic White card stock to the inside.

On the remaining Basic White card stock stamp the leaf outline from Petal Park in Granny Apple Green, then using the solid image, fill in the outline with 2nd Generation (stamped off once first).  Ink up the Thanks sentiment Sentimental Park stamp Set in Pebbled Path, stamp in the lower right hand corner. Layer this to the Pebbled Path cards tock mat.

Take the Scrap strips of Granny Apple Green and Crushed Curry and add the splatter image from earlier, using the same colour as the card you are stamping. Add one strip to either side of the stamped panel with the leaves on, trying to make either side has about 1/4" showing.

Adhere this panel to the centre of the card front.

On a scrap of Basic White stamp the trio of flowers from Petal Park using Crushed Curry - stamp the Outline in 1st Generation and the solid infill stamp in 2nd Generation ( stamped off once). Cut these out using the Petal Park Builder Punch and adhere to the card front in the centre of the leaves with dimensionals.

I added a little bit of Wink of Stella to the centre of the flowers and also popped a little on some of the leaves. I also carefully added it to the Pebbled Path Card mat layer.

Hope you have enjoyed my card today - if you would like more details on how the challenge works, or would like to enter a project - head on over to my blog - Creative Colour Challenges
