Good Evening Everyone,
Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all well?
Today I am Blog Hopping with the fabulous Touches of Ink ladies. Each month we get together and share our creations with you. There's no set theme as such, but we are encouraged to keep our focus withing a Suite or a Bundle.
Today I've used the Sentimental Park stamp set & coordinating Sentimental Park Dies and the Petal Park Stamp set. Now technically these aren't bundles or in a suite, they are now separates in the current catalogue, but when they were first released they were in a suite together - so I going with it!
I've stepped out of my comfort zone today and have tried to work with a Subtle Palette - I love the mix of Moody Mauve, Lost Lagoon, Boho Blue and Bubble Bath and I thought it added a nice tone to my card.

-------------------------------------
Fold and burnish both pieces of Boho card stock, making sure you create a Z shape ( fold in half and then back on itself).
Take the 'Large flower stamping' pieces as listed above and Cover them with the flower cluster, leaves and dots from Petal Park. I stamped in Moody Mauve for the Outline, in fill solid stamp in Bubble Bath, the Leaves were done in Lost Lagoon 1st and 2nd generation stamping and finally the dots were added using Boho Blue.
Repeat this format on the 'Small Flower stamping' pieces, but use the smaller cluster of flowers instead.
Add a cluster of the flowers to two opposite corners of the Basic White piece just to add a little interest.
Now add all the Stamped panels and white card to the bases. Put the basic white onto the back of the card, and then you will find that all the rest just fit in one place so it's pretty easy to find their homes.
Adhere the smaller z fold to the larger one, the larger piece has the bigger back panel to the right, the smaller piece leads with the larger panel. Add liquid glue to the back of the smallest panel on the small z fold piece and adhere to the centre of the larger back panel.
Now, fold all the pieces down, don't worry some to the edges will overlap - then add adhesive to the front piece of the smaller z, making sure you only add adhesive to the section that will be stuck to the other piece, otherwise you will just make a mess and stick it all closed!!
Bring in your Mini Cut & Emboss machine and cut out a large decorative frame in Boho Blue and a smaller stitched shape in Basic White.
Stamp the sentiments into the centre of the Basic White piece, then place this onto the Boho Blue frame. If you look closely at the floral sections, you can tuck the Basic White piece under to keep it in place.
Add this piece to the long thin panel on the front of the card. Placing a few of pearls down either side of the stamped panel in a bit of a pattern. I thought this added an extra bit of detail and interest, without it being overpowering - what do you think?
I really hope you have enjoyed my card today - I love making it and I love joining in with this hop! please take a few minutes and continue through the hop to get lots more inspiration from these very talented crafters.
