Good Morning Everyone,
Happy Thursday, Today I have sketch number 21 from my #33sketches challenge. I really liked this sketch, its fun and you can really do all sorts with it. I decided to create a Christmas Card using the Poinsetta Place DSP, which is just beautiful
here's the sketch I followed, from cardstv.blogspot.com
Measurements
Old Olive Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"
1pc - scrap
Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
Poinsettia Place DSP
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 3 1/2" x 1 1/4"
1pc - 3 3/4" x 1 1/4"
1pc - Fussy Cut Poinsettia
Soft Suede Cardstock
1pc - 3 7/8" x 1"
1pc - 3 5/8" x 1 3/8"
1pc - 3 7/8" x 1 3/8"
Take the Old Olive cardstock and fold along the score line to create your card base, add the whisper white piece to the inside and thew larger DSP mat to the card front.
On the 1" wide strip of Soft Suede cardstock, stamp the sentiments in early espresso over to the right hand side, then add this to the card front, about 1/3rd of the way up.
Layer together the DSP and Soft Suede you have left and add to the card front.
Finally punch out a 1 1/2" circle in Old Olive and glue the fussy cut poinsettia on top, then add this to the card.
Here's a list of all the supplies I used today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store. Product List
