Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you are well. Today I have a fun, quick and easy gift box to share with you. I designed this to fit two jumbo tealights, but as It measures 5" x 2 1/2" x 1", you could easily add something different inside to gift.
Measurements
Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock
1pc - 8" x 7"
Brightly Gleaming DSP
1pc - 2 1/4" x 4 3/4"
2pc - 2 1/4" x 3/4"
2pc - 4 3/4" x 3/4"
Take the Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock and score as follows:-
Long Side - 1", 3 1/2", 4 1/2" & 7"
Short Side - 1" & 6"
Fold and burnish all the scroe lines, then holding the card on the long side, create tabs from all the square sections. Cut up straight down the side of the rectangles and notch into the squares slightly so you will get a shape like this
Now, add your DSP - for now it doesn't matter which side you choose as they are both the same, but cho0se a large panel and add the biggest piece of DSP to that, then add the thinner strips all around it like so...
Now, add seal+ to all the tabs and following the arrows above adhere to create your box. Fold in the 'B' tabs first to create the base, then the 'L' tabs create the lid.
Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto the remaining piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and add the the lid.
