Artistry Blooms Z Fold Thank You Card. Kylie's International Blog Highlights November 2020

 Hello Everyone,

Today I'm excited to be taking part in Kylie's International Blog Highlights with this fabulous Z Fold Card. The Artistry Blooms DSP is so bold and bright and well, it's just wonderful so I thought I would use two of the striking prints to create the focus on my card.

We participate in the Highlights at the beginning of each month, then the projects are put out to public vote - the top ten then go on to do a Blog Hop at the end of the month. So please if you like my card,

Measurements

Gorgeous Grape Cardstock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 2 7/8" & 5 7/8"

1pc - 2 3/4" x 3"

scraps for the letters

Whisper White Cardstock

1pc - 2 3/4" x 4"

1pc - 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

Artistry Blooms DSP

1pc - 5 3/4" x 4"

1pc - 2 3/4" x 4"

Take the larger piece of Gorgeous Grape and fold it in half (which will be on the second score line) as you would to create a standard tent fold, then fold on the remaining score line, but fold towards the crease so you get the 'Z' shape - burnish well with a bone folder.

Open the cardstock out and add the smaller panel of DSP to the left hand section, the whisper white to the centre panel and the largest piece of DSP to the last panel. Now fold the card back again.

Using the Playful Alphabet dies, cut out the letters to create the words Thank You in Gorgeous Grape, and adhere these to the remaining piece of Whisper White, layer this to the last piece of Gorgeous grape and add dimensionals, but only to the left hand side, about half way across. Add this to the card, making sure that it only stock to the smaller top panel, if the dimesnionals stick any further across you will not be able to open the card properly.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used in today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store. Product List

Thanks for joining me today, please make sure you head on over and take a look at all the other entries, and place your vote!
