Forever Lovely Triple Time Stamping Birthday Card

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are well, today Wednesday and regular visitors will know that Imogen goes out with Grandma for a few hours, so I'm spending this morning having fun with Imogen, then I've got to knuckle down and do some serious crafting whilst she's out!!

First though, I want to share this ace card with you. In our team we have several challenges during the month to help with mojo and get us to do something that we would not necessarily do ourselves.  This week we have a technique and it's  Triple Time Stamping. Here's what I made...

Measurements

Merry Merlot Cardstock
1pc - 8 1/4" x 5 3/4", scored at 4 1/8"
1pc - 3 1/8" x 4 3/4"
1pc - 2 1/8" x 3 3/4"

Very Vanilla Cardstock
2pc - 3 7/8" x 5 1/2"
1pc - 2 7/8" x 4 1/2"
1pc - 1 7/8" x 3 1/2"
A few scraps for sentiment, flowers and leaves.

Create a card base by folding the Merry Merlot Cardstock along to score line and add on of the larger pieces of very vanilla to the inside.

Then take the three remaining pieces of very vanilla and layer then on top of each other. You can add a tiny amount of adhesive to hold then in place, but make sure you can remove them once you have stamped.

Ink up the flower in merry merlot and the leaves in garden green and stamp all over the stack of very vanilla. The images may not fully stamp close to the edges of the layers, don't worry that's OK, the merry merlot cardstock layers will cover this. Also stamp some leaves and three flower onto the scrap and fussy cut.

Now, un stick the very vanilla pieces and layer them onto there corresponding pieces then add these to the card base. Be sure to keep an eye on your pattern and make sure that you line it up so the images all follow on from each other.

Stamp the happy birthday sentiment from I Say Hello Stamp set in merry merlot onto a scrap of very vanilla and sponge the edges lightly, add this to the card front.

Sponge the edges of the fussy cut flowers and leaves and place these in the opposite corner to the sentiment. Place a pearl in the centre of each of these flowers.

Here's a list of all the supplies I used in today's card, click on the images to head over to my online store.
