Bird Ballad We're Best of Friends Greeting Card

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is a busy day, we have the dentist and a lunch date with Nanny and some friends and an appointment this afternoon so it's gunna be a bit non stop today!!

I do want to show you a quick card before I pop off and start the tooing and froing!! Lol. I have seen sooooo much done with the Bird Ballad Suite, its such a fun stamp set with gorgeous papers, it really is so easy to make a beautiful card in super quick time.

Measurements

Petal Pink Cardstock
1pc - 5 7/8" x 7 3/8", scored at 4 1/8" on the long side.

Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper
1pc - 5 7/8" x 4 1/8"

Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 2 3/4" x 5 1/2"
1pc - 2" x 3 7/8"
Scrap for sentiment

Old olive cardstock
1pc 2 1/4" x 4 1/8"
Scraps for sentiment

Create your card base by folding the petal pink cardstock along the score line. The small panel will be the front. Stamp over the front piece with the larger flower and petal pink ink.

Add the DSP to the inside of the card base, which will cover the whole piece, thwn add the whisper white that measures 2 3/4" x 5 1/2" towards the left hand side. This will ensure the message is covered up when card is closed.

Next stamp the bird image onto the last piece of whisper white and colour in using blends. Layer into the old olive card stock.  Then stamp the sentiments in petal pink and layer separately onto old olive scraps.

Add snail to the back of the bird panel, but only about 3/4, so that it dont go on the overhang. If you pop adhesive on the whole piece you won't be able to open the card.

Finally with dimensionals add the two sentiment pieces fully onto the petal pink card front.
