I just really wanted to share an experience with you. An overview of why I love being a Stampin Up Demo.
Being part of Stampin Up is not just Paper, Ink and Stamps - it's a community.
Friday was an exciting day!! It was #Scrimpyteamday. We get together every so often and have a craft day or a meet up and go for lunch. It's a chance for us to join together in person and chat away about business, life and just get to know each other better. It's so nice to be able to get to do this, as sometimes working an online business can be a little isolating. We always chat online and have a team Facebook group, but nothing beats face to face every noe and then!! That's why I love being able to meet fellow demos and putting faces to names, and cementing those friendships already forged.
Amanda, is our upline and known as Scrimpingmommy. She arranged a date and those who could make it descended on her house in the morning. We had coffee and a catch up. A good old natter and a nosey round her craft room! Lol. Then we headed out for lunch, where we discussed allsorts it's not just craft talk, we of course have a bit of talk regarding our businesses or hobby and bounce ideas of one another but we have the usual friends chat od holidays and family's etc. Then went back to Amandas for more coffee and cake!!
These people are not just colleagues or fellow team members, we are all good friends and it's brilliant to be a part of this.
