Symbols of Fortune 6x6" One Sheet Wonder Card Selection. Share it on a Sunday

 Good Morning Everyone

It's Share it on a Sunday and this week we are showcasing some One Sheet Wonder ideas. These templates are easy to come by and pretty easy to design yourself to get a lot out of your 6x6" DSP due to clever cuts. I managed 4 cards from this piece - I did add a couple of fussy cut flowers and card scraps. This can be a very frugal way to use your stash.

I have used the Symbols of Fortune DSP and the Inspired thoughts stamp set for my sentiments to create cards for a mix of Occasions. You could quite easily make up a batch of these and leave off the sentiment, then whenever you need a card - stamp a sentiment and add it to the card, giving you a card in a flash.

Here's a few close up pictures

Take all the card Bases and fold along the score line, adding the basic white piece to the insides.

Place your DSP in your trimmer and cut it down following this diagram.

Layout from Ruth Blackett

Make sure you pay attention to the direction of the pattern, and think about your cut lines. I started cutting it at the 3" mark - and a tip, when cutting lay it back down in the as above so that you can see what you have before sticking and committing.

Once you have all your pieces cut, split the DSP to create a design on the cards. Add some of the DSP to mat layers of card stock. Also stamp sentiments and layer these up two.
Have a play around with placements and then adhere down with a mix of  dimensionals and liquid glue.

I hope you have enjoyed today's cards and have sot some tips on making your supplies go further. Please take a look at the links below and visit both Donna & Karen to see what they have created today
