Snowman Seasons Merry Christmas Card. Stampin' for Christmas Blog Hop March 2022

 Good Afternoon Everyone

Today I'm taking part in the Monthly Stampin for Christmas Blog Hop. Yes, it's still a bit early for most - but I love to get a head start on my Christmas Cards each year as it really does lighten the load come towards the back end of the year.

I decided on a simple card today, still looks really pretty, but I can use this as a template and very easily sit and batch make some of this design later. The Snowman Seasons stamp set is so cute, and one I use time and time again!

Measurements

Thick Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 2 3/4" x 4 1/2"

Real Red Card Stock

1pc - 3" x 4 1/2"

----------------------------------

Take your basic white and stamp the snowman towards the top on Memento ink. Add the sentiment, masking each word whilst inking to get it onto seperate lines.

Once dry, colour the image with your stampin blends.

Add some of the snowflakes in Balmy Blue ink to the top right and bottom left of the panel. Layer this to the Real Red Card stock.

Fold the Thick Basic White along the score line to create your card base.

without adhesive, place the stamped panel where it will go and look at where the snowflakes sit. keep this in mind, then remove the panel and stamp the snowflakes in the corners of the card base, so that when the panel is adhered down, it looks like the snowflakes continue across both pieces effortlessly.

When you are happy, glue down the stamped panel to the centre of the card front.

I hope you enjoyed today's card, please continue through the hop for some more Christmas Inspiration, Gez is up next - click the button below to head over to her blog
