Hoping Your Birthday Fishes Come True Flip Front Card.

 Good Afternoon Everyone.

Today I wanted to share a card with you that I made recently and my Friend Bec's Crafty Morning. Once a month Bec hosts a craft morning for friends and there's paper crafting and cake - who would want to turn that down!

This is one of the cards that we made, a cute flip front card using the Whale Done stamp set and coordinating punch. I tweaked my design slightly to just include stamping only and I absolutely love how it turned out.

Measurements

Balmy Blue Card Stock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 5 3/4"

1pc - 8 1/4" x 3", scored at 4 1/8"

Basic White Card Stock

2pc - 3 7/8" x 1 1/4"

2pc - 3 7/8" x 2 3/4"

-------------------------------------------

Take the larger piece of Basic White and stamp an underwater them across the piece. Bear in mind that the middle section will be covered completely. Also add some seaweed to one of the small pieces of basic white.

Fold the 8 1/4" x 3" piece of Balmy Blue and fold along the score line. Hold like a  tent fold card with the fold at the top, adding the small stamped seaweed panel to the card front and the blank piece of basic white to the inside.

Now, take your larger piece of Balmy Blue card stock and add larger stamped panel , making sure that the border is even all the way round.

Add you "mini card" to the centre of the larger piece, adhering it down centrally with the fold at the top.

Stamp the Whale image in Pacific Point ink onto a scrap of basic white and cut out using the whale punch.

I hope you enjoyed today's card. I had lots of fun creating it! It's a very easy layout and there's so much design potential!!
