Good Evening Everyone
I'm blog hopping with the Stamp n Hop ladies today and our Theme is 'Males'. Now, this is something I struggle with - give me a flower and butterfly and away I go - but thinking on a Masculine Style stumps me somewhat!
I've combined the Garden Birdhouses with the Texture Chic DSP and I went for a slightly vintage feel - and I love how it turned out

Scraps
Texture Chic DSP
1pc - 4" x 3 3/4"
1pc - 5 5/8" x 1/2"
-------------------------------------
Take the Soft Suede card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the thin strip of DSP to the bottom of the Very Vanilla panel and then add this to the inside of the card.
On the DSP panel add some of the little flower images along the bottom edge with Crumb Cake ink to the card front.
Bring in your Mini Cut & Emboss machine and the Beautiful Shapes dies and cut out the largest two hexagons in Very Vanilla card stock.
On the larger hexagon stamp the three bird houses in Early Espresso ink and when dry, colour using Stampin Blends. On the Smaller Hexagon stamp the sentiment in Early Espresso into the centre and add some of the branch image in Evening Evergreen to cover some of the blank space. Take your blender pen and colour in the leaves. Gently pick some of the colour from the outline and the blender pen will add a little of it as you 'Colour'.
Layer these both to Soft Suede card stock and trim both leaving a nice even border all the way round and arrange onto the card front, adhering with dimensionals.
Tie a little bow with the Evening Evergreen open weave ribbon and place onto the larger hexagon.
Finally stamp a little birdy in Early Espresso, colour with Blends and fussy cut - adding it to the card near one of the birdhouses.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today - please continue through the hop for lots more masculine inspiration. Mo is up next, so click the button below to head over to her blog
