Good Morning Everyone
Happy Saturday!
Today I'm blog hopping with the fabulous InspireINK ladies and our theme is a 'Colour Challenge'. We were given a list of Colours, which on the face of it looked pretty random - but then the very clever Heather Forgan pointed out that they were all the colours in the Regency Park DSP - so that definitely helped me out!
I decided to team up the Regency Park DSP with the Framed Florets bundle to create an easy and simple card, but that paper really makes it special.

lots of fussy cut flowers and leaves

Take the Night of Navy card stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the strip of DSP to the right of the Basic white piece and place on the inside, Also add the DSP to the card front.
Bring in your Mini Cut & Emboss Machine and the Framed Florets Dies, cutting out the frame image in both Night of Navy & Basic White.
Keep the thin Night of Navy frame and the smooth Basic White oval for this, and you can keep the other pieces for future project.
Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy ink into the centre of the Basic White oval then place this and the Night of Navy oval into the centre of the card front.
Fussy cut some of the flowers and leaves from the DSP and arrange these across the top and bottom of the oval. I used a mix of dimenisonals and liquid glue to give a variation in height
It's a very busy card, but I like that! But you could very easily switch out the heavily patterned background for a more solid or softer mat layer if you would like, that would look good as well. In fact, this layout would lend itself to a great selection of Papers and colour combinations!
I hope you have enjoyed my card today - please take a look at the list below and continue through the hop, visiting these ladies for lots more inspiration.
