Is It Christmas Yeti? Stable Door Christmas Card. Stampin for Christmas Blog Hop. September 2022

 Good Afternoon Everyone

Happy Saturday, Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend.

Today I'm Blog hopping with the Stampin for Christmas ladies and I wanted to use the Yeti to Party Stamp set and let you all know that there's coordinating dies now available! If you already have the stamp set you can purchase the dies alone, or you can get both the stamp set and dies as a bundle and save 10%!

The dies cut out all the images, as well as a couple of additional dies to enhance your stamping.

I chose a very simple Stable Door fold today - it's easy to create, but it really makes your card that little bit more special.

------------------------------------

Take the Mossy Meadow card stock and mark at 3" a small pencil dot on the score line, and one at the right hand side, again at 3". Pop this into your trimmer and cut down to the 3" mark on the score line, then rotate the card stock so that the cut line is to your left and cut down to the score line from the 3" pencil mark. This should free up a panel of card stock and leave you a 'stable door' card front. Fold and burnish this piece, keeping the score line to the left as you would a standard card base.

Put the 3" piece you just cut off to one side.

Stamp a selection of snowflakes in Balmy blue across the top of the larger piece of Basic White and add this panel to the inside of the card.

Stamp the Christmas tree onto the other two pieces of Garden Green, layer these to the coordinating basic white mat.

Add the smaller piece of the 'door' front and layer the larger piece onto the 3" piece of Garden Green.

Add adhesive to the back  of the panel going approx 1/3rd of the way up. Adhere this to the 'door' section making sure you can see the sentiment on the inside and no glue comes over the 'door' otherwise you will glue to card shut.

On Scraps of Basic White stamp the Yeti in Basic Gray ink and few of the Presents in memento. Colour the presents in using some Stampin Blends

Bring in your Cut & Emboss machine and cut out the Yeti and presents. Arrange these on the card front along with a sentiment stamped in Real Red.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today, please take a look at this list below to continue through the hop and get lots more Christmas Crafting inspiration.
