Just Because Wonderful World Large Chocolate Bar Gift Box. 3D Thursday

 Good Morning Everyone

Happy Thursday! We have another 3D Thursday installment for you this week.

My project features the Wonderful World Bundle, AGAIN! But I'm not sorry - because it is gorgeous and it's FREE! It's one of the Saleabration Rewards available until the end of August - or whilst stocks last!

SO, my 3D Project is a really easy and fun gift box, designed specifically to fit a large block bar of Chocolate in - I have used a Honeycomb Crisp Galaxy Bar (as it's my recipient's favourite) but you could switch it up and add a different flavour whatever. It's really simple to make, looks fab and makes a £1 chocolate Bar look even better! Final dimensions are 6 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 1/2"

Measurements

Orchid Oasis Card Stock

1pc - 8 1/2" x 8 1/4"

1pc - 4 1/8" x 2 5/8"

Basic White Card Stock

1pc - 2 1/2" x 4"

Wonderful World DSP

1pc - 6 5/8" x 3 3/8"

2pc - 6 5/8" x 3/8"

2pc - 3/8" x 3 3/8"

------------------------------------------------

Take the larger piece of the Orchid Oasis Card Stock and score as follows:

Long Side - 1/2", 1", 4", 4 1/2" & 8"

Short Side - 1/2" 1" & 7 3/4"

Fold and burnish all the score lines and the start to cut away to create this shape below.

Add the DSP piece to the Card stock as the image below - also add the remaining smaller piece to the bottom of the thin panel below the larger DSP Section ( I forgot to add it and only realised after I'd finished making my box! oopps)

Place some tear & tab along the long thin tab to the left, then fold this round and adhere to the back of the opposite thin strip.

Fold in the tiny tab and the back, adhering the front piece down to create the base - making sure the the DSP you stuck on earlier is on the outside.

Fold over the lid at the tip to close the box.

On your piece of Basic White, stamp the sentiment and flower in Orchid Oasis and layer onto the remaining piece of Orchid Oasis card stock.

Place this into the centre of the box front with dimensionals.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today - it's such a great way to fancy up a bar of Chocolate.

Pleas take a look at the link below and check out what Karen has made this week.
