Hippest Hippos Love you a TON Card. Ink Stamp Share Showcase Blog Hop

 Good Afternoon Everyone

Happy Saturday!! Today I'm taking part in the Ink Stamp Share Showcase blog hop where we get to share any project we have been making.

I've decided to share my card using these cut Hippos, which are Salebration Rewards. The stamp set is one reward, the coordinating dies a second. So you can get both for free until the end of August!

Measurements

Daffodil Delight Card Stock

1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scored at 4 1/8"

Basic  White card Stock

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Scraps

Wonderful World DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

Scraps of Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody and polished Pink card Stock.

---------------------------------------------------

Take the Daffodil Delight card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the basic white panel to the inside.

Stamp the hippos in memento on some scrap basic white and colour with your Stampin Blends

Bring in your cut and emboss machine and cut the following using the dies....

- cut out the two hippos

- cut a selection of flowers from Mango Melody and Polished Pink Pink Stock

- cut a few of the leaves in Granny Apple green card

- cut two lengths of garden green card using the wavy die. These need to be at least 5 5/8" in length to fit along the card front.

Take these strips and add to the DSP, running one flush with the bottom, and the other one tucked behind slightly higher up. Trim off any overhang so it's all neat and tidy.

Add this panel to the card front.

Stamp the sentiments onto a scrap of basic white and cut out with the rectangular postage punch. Also cut two of these shapes on Pacific point. Add these to the back of the sentiment, making sure you having even edges at either side.

Add the hippos to the card front with dimensionals, then place the sentiment in the centre towards the top.

Bring back your die cut Flowers and leaves and arrange on the grass.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today, please take a look at the list below and continue through the hop for lots more inspiration
