Pressed Petal Cute Chocolate Gift Bag. Share it on a Sunday #2

Good morning everyone,

Well its pretty miserable again today, but I have another Share it on a Sunday to show you, so that should take the edge of it! Hehe.

This week Karen, Donna and I decide to CASE each other! This means Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit - different people say it slightly differently, but ultimately it means the same. I will show you my project and then at the bottom of the blog there will be links to the other two projects.

We have looked at past projects and picked one the CASE.  I am case-ing Karen from Crafty Karen designs. Here's my project

Which was based on this cute bag Karen made.

Measurements

Pressed Petals Speciality Designer Series Paper
1pc - 6" x 12"

Scraps of silver foil and very vanilla.

Pop you Pressed petals into the simply scored and score as follows
Long side - 3 1/2", 5" & 81/2"
Short side - 1 1/2" & 4 1/2"
Be sure to score gently as this is DSP you don't need as much pressure as you would with cardstock.

Fold and burnish all your score lines and then holding your card horizontally with the two large sections to the right hand side. Remove the two thin rectangles at the top and the bottom on the furthest right panel. Then cut straight up the remaining rectangles and notch into the squares to create tabs.so you are left with a shape like this.

Add tear and tape to the outside of the square tabs, and fold up to to adhere to the rectangles on the lwft, this will creat the back. Then fold up the left hand side and adhere so you create the basic shape. Pinch the sides together, as it's DSP the paper with easy be manipulated into shape.

Fold the back flap over to the front, round the corners and add some Velcro dots towards the bottom.

Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy onto very vanilla and punch out, then sponge the edges lightly with early espresso ink. Using a circle slightly larger, cut a circle  of silver foil. Layer these together and add to the front of the bag with dimensionals
