You are So Loved Happy Valentine's Day Card

Good Morning Everyone,

It's  Friday, I don't know about you but I haven't been able to figure out what day it's been for most of this week!!! It's been one of those weeks I think! Haha.

So, with Valentine's Day approaching I thought I'd  make my better half's card now, rather than leave it last minute as I usually do. I have used two sets from our Annual Catalogue - You are So Loved  and Forever Lovely, which are awesome sets to have!!

Measurements

Lovely Lipstick Cardstock
1pc - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8", scored on the long side at 4 1/8".

Very Vanilla Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - scrap for sentiment
1pc - scrap for the heart

Grapefruit Grove Cardstock
1pc - 5" x 2"

Create your card base by folding the lovley lipstick card along to score line, then stamp the bird image from You are so Loved all over the card front in lovely lipstick ink. Then add the large piece of very vanilla to the inside.

On the scraps, stamp the heart from You are so Loved in memento ink and once dried colour in using the Old Olive and Lovely Lipstick Blends. Fussy cut the whole piece out. Now this can be a bit time consuming, but the results are worth the effort.

On the other scrap piece, stamp the sentiments from Forever Lovely stamp set in Lovely Lipstick ink, trim and then lightly sponge the edges.

Layer up the DSP onto the coordinating cardstock and adhere to the card towards the left, then on dimensionals add the heart and sentiment, so half is on thr grapefruit grove piece and half covers the lovely lipstick.
