Free As A Bird Thank You Card using Stampin Up Products

Good Morning,

So how id everyonedoing today, we are still in the midst of storm Ciara, and feeling quite thankful that we have had it pretty easy compared to other parts of our town, and also the country who seem to have been battered and flooded. My heart really goes out to those suffering.

So, today I have this lovely bright thank you card using the Bird Ballad Suite. It's such a fab collection of products that work so well together.

Measurements

Daffodil Delight Cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper
1pc - 4" x 5 3/4"
1pc - 4 1/4" x 2"

Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - scrap for the circle

Calypso Coral Cardstock
1pc - 2 1/8" x 4 3/8"

Create your card base by folding the Daffodil Delight Cardstock along the score line. Add the larger DSP panel to the card front and the larger piece of whisper white to the inside.

Next, take the strip of DSP and place the end into the tailored tag punch
And cut a banner tail, add this to the piece of calypso coral and add the banner tail in the same way. Add this to the centre of the card front.

Cut out the largest circle from the Stitched shapes Dies in whisper white. Stamp the bord in memento black ink towards the top of the circle, and the sentiment towards the bottom. Colour in the bird with a selection of blends. I used Smoky Slate, Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive blends. Now carefully colour the edges of the circle with the Daffodil Delight blend, making sure you only colour up to the stitching.

Add this to the banner on the front of the card.

Do get in touch if you are interested in purchasing any of the products shown in today's card.
