Have a Beautiful Birthday Butterfly Card

Good Morning Everyone,

It's still wet and miserable here today, it's tried to snow but not much... it's pretty awful isnt it??

Today I have this cute and simple butterfly card using Painted Glass & Pop of Petals Stamp sets.

Measurements

Soft Sea Foam Cardstock
1pc -  4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored at 5 7/8"

Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 3 3/8" x 5 1/8"
Scraps for the Butterflies

Rich Razzleberry Cardstock
1pc - 5 3/8" x 3 5/8"

Create your card base by folding the soft sea foam along the score line and burnish well. Ink up the leaf sprig from pop of petals in soft sea foam and cover the card front. Add the Rich Razzleberry panel to the front and the largest piece of whisper white to the inside.

Stamp the sentiment from Painted Glass in the bottom right hand corner of the remaining piece of whisper white in memento ink. Then add three butterflies in the rest of the space. Also stamp three butterflies onto the scrap of whisper white.

Once all the memento is dry colour in all the Butterflies in with blends making sure you colour all of them the same way. Fussy cut the Butterflies from the scraps.

Add the whisper white panel to the card front, and then add the fussy cut butterflies directly over the stamped butterflies using dimensionals. Place a metallic silver pearl to the end of each of the Butterflies antennae.

I said it was simple, but the effect is just lovely.
