Rooted in Nature Thank You For Caring Gift Box

Good afternoon,

Well, it started off miserable but the sun has now appeared, yey!!! Me, Imogen and Tess our dog are going to head out for a nice long walk and get some fresh air!!

But before we do, I have a cute project for you. Its an awesome gift box, which measures 4" x 2 1/2" x 2" - a fab size for allsorts of goodies.

Measurements

Early Espresso Cardstock
1pc - 8" x 11"

Stamped Very Vanilla Cardstock
1pc - 2 3/8" x 3 7/8"
2pc - 1 7/8" x 3 7/8"
2pc - 2 3/8" x 1 7/8"

Scraps of very vanilla for the sentiment.

Take the early espresso cardstock and score on the long side at 2", 4 1/2", 6 1/2" & 9", then on the short side at 2" & 8". Hold this so that it is horizontal, then you need to cut into the cardstock. Cut up all the vertical score line, stay straight along the rectangle, then notch into the squares to create you tabs.

Stamp the large and small leaf images all over a piece of A4 very vanilla cardstock using Garden Green, Early Espresso and Pumpkin Pie ink. Once covered, cut into it to get the pieces for the panels as measured above. Adhere these as the picture below, and then add a small thumb notch with the 1" circle punch.

Add adhesive to all the tabs you created, then follow the picture above to create the box. 'A' tabs fold in to create the lid and the 4 'B' tabs create the base.

On a scrap of very vanilla stamp the outline image from Label Me Pretty in early espresso and cut out using the pretty label punch. Stamp the sentiment in garden green and carefully cut using the 1" circle punch, you can align it just right so you just get the wording. Sponge bothe these pieces with pumpkin pie ink then layer together. Add this to the box. Finally tie a small bow with the crumb cake twine from Natures twine and add to the sentiment.
