Today's card is for the colour challenge over on Stampin for All on Facebook. I love a good challenge, it really helps me with my mojo and also means I may use a combo I would ordinarily opt for.
Measurements
Rococo Rose cardstock
1pc - 4 1/8" x 11 3/4", scored 5 7/8"
In colour Designer Series Paper Stack
1pc - 3 1/2" x 5 7/8"
Smoky Slate Cardstock
1pc - 3 3/4" x 4 7/8"
Whisper White Cardstock
1pc - 2 1/4" x 7/8"
1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
1pc - 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Scraps for the flower
Balmy Blue Cardstock
1pc - 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
1pc - 2 3/8" x 1"
Create the card base by folding to Rococo Rose cardstock along the score line and add the whisper white panel that measure 5 5/8" x 3 7/8x to the inside. Then add the smoky slate panel to the centre of the card front and adhere the rococo rose coloured DSP to the centre of this. Layer the white square onto the balmy blue and add to the centre of the card, towards the top.
On the scraps of whisper white stamp three of the flowers from rhe flourishing phrases stamp set. Fussy cut these so that you have one full flower, one part and one centre. Layer these pieces onto dimensionals and add the the square panel on the card front.
Finally stamp the sentiment onto the whisper white and layer this to the remaining piece of balmy blue. Add this to the card front below the image.
